What you can ask
- Book a job from an email, a text or a photo of a work order
- Find jobs by customer name, job number, address, date, status, company or metro
- Read a job in full: customer, address, notes, appointment window and assigned technician
- Reschedule, change the status, update notes or the address, or move a job to another company or metro
- Edits are saved and logged exactly like a dispatcher's.
- An edit is refused if someone changed the job first, so Claude never overwrites your team's work.
- Closing a job still needs field work finished.
Assigning technicians isn't available to Claude yet; do that in kjobdone as usual.

Open Claude on your phone and ask. A connector you add on the web or desktop follows your Claude account to the mobile app.
Claude's request headers option is still rolling out to accounts. Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Codex connect today. A key can read and edit every job, so treat it like an admin sign-in.

Absolutely. kjobdone includes built-in SMS and email messaging linked directly to jobs. You can communicate with customers and technicians without leaving the platform. Messages are billed based on usage with no minimums.
Can customers approve estimates online?
Yes. Send an estimate or invoice to a customer by text or email, and they get a private link to view it and download a PDF. They can approve an estimate by typing their name, and can also draw a signature, or decline it. The job is updated and your team is notified straight away. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked at any time.
