  • Create jobs from conversations: turn a customer's message into a prefilled Add Job form with the customer, address, trade and preferred time, ready to check and save
  • Reply drafts: draft a customer reply from the linked job's status, appointment and technician, then edit and send it yourself
  • Job catch-up: see a summary of a job's activity, comments and messages at the top of the job page
  • Plain-language job search: type something like "open plumbing jobs in Tampa this week" into search to open the job list with those filters applied
